Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 60 years old.
- You have a meniscus tear in one knee, confirmed by MRI, that is not displaced and is located in a zone that might heal (red-white or white-white).
- You have not had knee surgery or a broken bone in that leg within the last year.
- You do not have a pacemaker or other implanted electronic device, and you are not pregnant or planning pregnancy.
- You are willing to use a pulsed electromagnetic field device and do exercises for 8 weeks.
