Who can take part
- You have relapsing-remitting MS (RRMS) diagnosed within the last 10 years using the 2024 McDonald criteria.
- You've had signs of active MS in the last 2 years (a relapse, new or enlarging brain lesions on MRI).
- You are currently taking a standard first-line MS drug (such as interferon, glatiramer acetate, teriflunomide, or fumarates) and have been on it for less than 2 years.
- You have had a routine MRI within the last 3 months and are stable (no relapse in the last month).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding, and you agree to use effective birth control during the trial if you could become pregnant.
- You are willing to have monthly blood draws and follow the study schedule.
