Targeted drug combination for non-small cell lung cancer with KRAS G12C
Treatments studied
Part of Cancer, Lungs & breathing clinical trials.
This trial tests a new combination of two targeted medicines for advanced non-small cell lung cancer with a specific gene change (KRAS G12C). The goal is to see if this combination can shrink or slow the cancer.

This trial tests two new targeted drugs (IN10018 and D-1553) together as a first treatment for advanced non-squamous lung cancer with a specific KRAS G12C mutation. It compares this combination to standard therapy to see if it works better.
This trial tests a new pill (LY3962673) for people whose cancer has a specific DNA change called KRAS G12D. The drug aims to block the faulty protein that helps the cancer grow, and the study will look at safety and whether the tumor shrinks.
This trial tests a new pill called Garsorasib for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific gene change called KRAS G12C. It aims to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth in people who haven't had treatment yet.
This trial tests a new targeted pill (GFH375) alone or with another drug for people with a specific gene change (KRAS G12D) in advanced lung cancer. It aims to shrink or slow the cancer, possibly better than current standard treatments.
This trial tests a new combination of two drugs (SKB264 and glecirasib) for people with advanced non-small cell lung cancer that has a specific genetic change called KRAS G12C. It aims to see if this combination can shrink tumors or slow their growth.
