Who can take part
- You have advanced (Stage IV) or locally advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation
- Your tumor has been confirmed to have a KRAS G12D mutation
- You have not received prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for advanced cancer, or you are not eligible for standard treatments
- You are between 18 and 75 years old and in generally good health (ECOG score 0–1)
- You have at least one measurable tumor lesion outside the brain
- You can provide a tumor tissue sample or are willing to have a biopsy
