GFH375 for Advanced Lung Cancer with KRAS G12D Mutation

Who can take part

  • You have advanced (Stage IV) or locally advanced non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be treated with surgery or radiation
  • Your tumor has been confirmed to have a KRAS G12D mutation
  • You have not received prior chemotherapy or targeted therapy for advanced cancer, or you are not eligible for standard treatments
  • You are between 18 and 75 years old and in generally good health (ECOG score 0–1)
  • You have at least one measurable tumor lesion outside the brain
  • You can provide a tumor tissue sample or are willing to have a biopsy
