  • You are under 18 years old.
  • You have been diagnosed with moderate to severe dry eye.
  • Artificial tears have not helped your dry eye symptoms.
  • You do not have an active eye infection.
  • You have not had recent eye surgery.
  • You are not on medications that suppress your immune system.
  • You have no history of allergy to blood-derived products.
