Who can take part
- You are 18 or older.
- You have a confirmed stage II or III bile duct or gallbladder cancer (including cancer of the bile ducts inside or outside the liver, the area where the bile ducts exit the liver, or the ampulla).
- You had surgery to remove the tumor, and some cancer cells may still be present (R0 or R1 resection).
- You are generally healthy, able to care for yourself and do light activity (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- Your organs (blood, liver, kidneys) are working well enough, and you have no active infections or bleeding problems.
- You are willing to use birth control during the study and for 3 months after treatment (if applicable).
