Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have bladder cancer that has not spread beyond the pelvis and has at least a moderate level of HER2 protein (IHC 2+ or 3+).
- You have not had prior treatment with drugs targeting HER2 or immune checkpoint inhibitors (like Keytruda, Opdivo).
- You have not had radiation therapy to the bladder for bladder cancer.
- Your overall health allows for daily activity (ECOG 0-2) and your organ function (kidney, liver, blood counts) is adequate.
