Who can take part
- You are 18 to 75 years old.
- You have bladder cancer that has grown into the muscle layer (stage T2-T4a) and has not spread to lymph nodes or other organs.
- Your tumor is HER2 positive (tested as IHC 2+ or 3+).
- You are planning to have surgery to remove your bladder (radical cystectomy).
- You either cannot receive standard chemotherapy before surgery, or you choose not to.
