Who can take part

  • Your tumour must be a specific type: alveolar soft part sarcoma, non-clear cell kidney cancer, or triple-negative breast cancer.
  • A central lab must confirm your tumour has high levels of a protein called GPNMB.
  • Your cancer must be advanced or have come back after treatment, with no standard cure available.
  • You must have had at least one prior treatment (and sometimes more) depending on your cancer type.
  • You need to be in fairly good health (able to do daily activities) and have no uncontrolled infections or serious heart conditions.
