Treatments studied

Part of Cancer, Digestive system, Hormones & metabolism, Kidney & urinary, Skin, Women’s health & pregnancy clinical trials.

This trial tests a personalized immune-cell treatment (CAR T) built from your own blood lymphocytes. It targets cancers that show a marker called CD70, aiming to slow or stop the cancer when other treatments didn’t work.

Who can take part

  • Your cancer must test positive for CD70 on tumor tissue (a lab must confirm the result).
  • Your cancer must be unresectable (can’t be fully removed by surgery); for Phase II it must also be measurable on scans.
  • You must be an adult (18–72) and able to do daily activities fairly well (ECOG 0 or 1).
  • You must have had at least one prior standard cancer treatment (or your cancer came back or didn’t respond).
