This study will see how switching from tafamidis to a newer medicine called acoramidis changes the level of a protein (called transthyretin) in your blood. The goal is to see if acoramidis might work better for people with this type of amyloidosis that affects the heart.

Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 90 years old.
- You have a type of amyloidosis that affects the heart (called ATTR-CM), confirmed by a special imaging test or biopsy in the past 2 years.
- You have been taking tafamidis (brand names Vyndaqel or Vyndamax) for at least 3 months and are currently taking it.
- Your heart failure symptoms are mild or absent (classes I or II on the NYHA scale).
- Your kidney function is not severely reduced (eGFR at least 30).
- Your heart-related blood test levels (NT-proBNP) are within a certain range (over 300 and up to 7000 pg/mL).
