Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 35 years old.
  • You need braces for Class I malocclusion and will have four first premolars removed.
  • You are generally healthy with no thyroid, liver, kidney, or autoimmune diseases.
  • You haven't taken any bone or pain medications in the last 3 months.
  • You are not pregnant, breastfeeding, or recently had a major injury like a fracture.
