Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older.
- If you take steroids for brain swelling, your dose has been stable or decreasing for at least 5 days before starting.
- You have a type of brain tumor (like astrocytoma or glioblastoma) or cancer that has spread to the brain and is not controlled by surgery or radiation.
- You are able to have an MRI or CT scan of your brain to check the tumor.
- You have adequate kidney, liver, and blood cell function.
- If you are a woman who can become pregnant, you agree to use birth control and have a negative pregnancy test before starting.
