Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You weigh at least 40 kg (about 88 pounds).
- You have been diagnosed with atherosclerosis in your heart arteries and have had a coronary angiogram.
- You are currently taking a daily cholesterol-lowering medication.
- You are willing to use birth control for 3 months after the last dose (if you are able to have children).
