Who can take part

  • You are between 45 and 65 years old.
  • You have mild or less hearing loss, confirmed by a hearing test.
  • You do not have serious ear or brain conditions, like frequent ear infections or a history of seizures.
  • You are not taking certain antidepressants (MAOIs) or strong sedatives.
  • You are not pregnant or nursing.
  • You do not have serious health problems like asthma, glaucoma, or alcohol use disorder (defined as more than 3 drinks per day).
