Who can take part
- You are in one of these age groups: 5–17 years or 18+ years
- You either have normal hearing or have at least one cochlear implant
- If you have a cochlear implant, you must also have mild-to-severe sensorineural hearing in both ears—no single-sided deafness
- Your hearing test numbers in the non-implant ear (at 125 and 250 Hz) must be 80 dB HL or less in both ears
- Your thinking/learning ability must be in the typical range; adults must score 26+ on MoCA or HI-MoCA
- You must be willing to use the combined EAS hearing setup in the implant ear(s)
