Who can take part

  • You were between 18 and 39 years old when you were first diagnosed with diabetes.
  • You do not have type 1 diabetes based on current antibody or insulin/C-peptide tests.
  • Your high blood sugar is not clearly caused by another condition like Cushing's syndrome or a certain adrenal tumor.
