Who can take part
- You are 18 years or older
- You had a brain aneurysm that burst (aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage)
- Your aneurysm was treated with endovascular coiling or flow diversion (not open surgery)
- You were admitted to the surgical ICU within 7 days of the bleeding
- You have a Glasgow Coma Scale score of 14 or 15 (alert and able to follow commands)
- You do not have a bleeding disorder, allergy to numbing medicine, or history of chronic headaches or migraines
