Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 65 years old
- You have had neck pain that spreads down one arm for at least 3 months (this is called cervical radiculopathy)
- You have an MRI from the past year showing a herniated disc in your neck that matches your symptoms
- You are able to read and write and agree to take part in the study
- You have not had neck therapy or injections in the past 6 months, and you do not have diabetes, fibromyalgia, or other listed health issues
