Who can take part
- You are at least 20 years old and weigh at least 54 kg
- You have confirmed NASH, with liver fat of at least 10% on MRI
- Your ALT liver enzyme is high (at least 2 times normal) on two tests, 7+ days apart
- Your blood and kidney tests are adequate (for example, hemoglobin, platelets, white blood cells, and kidney clearance meet study cutoffs)
- You can understand the study and sign written consent
- You must be able to have an MRI scan
