Who can take part
- Be between 18 and 75 years old
- Have advanced lung cancer (non-squamous type) with a specific gene change (like EGFR, ALK, ROS1, or others)
- Your lung cancer must have gotten worse after trying a targeted therapy (TKI), and there are no other standard targeted treatments available
- Have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans
