Investigation of YN001 for Men with ED and Artery Disease

Who can take part

  • You have had mild to moderate erectile dysfunction for at least 3 months, and a score of 21 or less on the IIEF-5 questionnaire.
  • You have a history of heart or blood vessel problems such as coronary artery disease, stroke, or clogged arteries in the neck, arms, or legs.
  • You are willing to not father a child or donate sperm during the study and for 3 months after, and to use effective birth control.
  • You have not had a stroke in the last 6 months.
  • You do not have other conditions that could cause erectile dysfunction (like uncontrolled diabetes, hormone problems, or severe liver or kidney disease).
  • You have not used certain erectile dysfunction treatments (like injections or vacuum devices) that you cannot stop during the study.
