Who can take part

  • You are 18 years or older and having elective plastic surgery on your face or body.
  • Your surgeon uses the ELIXIR MD device as part of your usual care before, during, or after surgery.
  • You can agree to join the study and fill out short questionnaires about how you feel.
  • You are not pregnant.
  • You do not have certain skin conditions or a history of seizures, and you haven't taken specific medications recently.
  • You do not have basal cell carcinoma, thyroid disorders, or malignant tumors.
