  • You are older than 18 years old
  • You have symptoms of carpal tunnel syndrome and a doctor has confirmed it with a physical exam
  • You are scheduled for carpal tunnel release surgery
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding
  • You have no history of injury to your dominant hand (the hand you use most)
