Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of cystic fibrosis (CF).
- You need to be able to travel to Sheffield for the scans.
- For the main part of the study, you must be 5 years old or older and have good enough lung function (FEV1 greater than 30% of normal).
- You should be able to lie flat on your back for at least an hour for the MRI.
