This trial tests a combination of drugs chosen based on the FAD subtype of your liver cancer. It is for people whose cancer cannot be surgically removed or has progressed after other treatments.

Who can take part
- You must be 18 or older and willing to sign a consent form.
- Your liver cancer must be confirmed by a biopsy or other test.
- Your cancer cannot be removed by surgery, or you've already had surgery or local therapy and the cancer has grown back.
- Your cancer must be at BCLC stage B or C, meaning it is advanced or has spread.
- You must not have received any previous cancer treatment for your liver cancer.
- You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on a scan.
- You need to provide a sample of your tumor for FAD subtype testing, or if not available, have an MRI fat fraction test.
- Your liver function must be fairly good (Child-Pugh class A or B, score 7 or less).
- You must be in good enough health to go about daily activities with little or no help (ECOG 0 or 1).
- Your blood counts and kidney function must be within certain ranges.
- If you have hepatitis B, it must be controlled with antiviral medication.
- You must be expected to live at least 3 more months.
- Women who could become pregnant need a negative pregnancy test and must use birth control during and for 6 months after treatment.
