  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have a specific injury listed, such as a dislocated shoulder, elbow, hip, or patella, or a fracture of the wrist, finger, arm, leg, ankle, or toe that needs to be set or casted.
  • You are able to give informed consent (not unconscious, not having dementia or psychosis).
  • You are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
  • You have not been in this study before or in another study at the same hospital visit today.
