Who can take part

  • You have portopulmonary hypertension (PoPH) related to a congenital portosystemic shunt (CPSS).
  • You and your biological parents are willing to give blood samples and sign consent forms.
  • If you are a sibling of a patient with CPSS and PoPH, you can join without your parents.
  • You are a full biological child of the parents (not adopted, not from donor conception).
  • Your portosystemic shunt is congenital (present at birth), not caused by another condition.
