Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You have advanced stomach or gastroesophageal junction cancer that cannot be removed by surgery or has spread to other parts of the body.
- Your cancer is HER2-negative (a specific protein test result) and has low PD-L1 expression (a marker that helps predict response to immunotherapy).
- You have not had any previous treatment for advanced disease, or if you had chemotherapy before surgery (neoadjuvant/adjuvant), your cancer came back more than 6 months after that treatment ended.
- You are in good enough physical condition to be up and about (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You do not have any major health issues like uncontrolled infections, autoimmune diseases, or other serious medical conditions.
