Virtual peer support for type 1 diabetes in Canada

  • You have type 1 diabetes, LADA, MODY, or type 3c diabetes (rare forms that need insulin)
  • Or you are a loved one (parent, child, spouse, caregiver, or friend) of someone with one of these diabetes types
  • You are 18 years or older
  • You live in Canada
  • You can read and understand the consent form in English or French
