Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 65 years old.
  • You have a body weight of at least 110 pounds (50 kg) for men or 99 pounds (45 kg) for women.
  • Your body mass index (BMI) is between 18 and 30.
  • You have either normal kidney function or mild, moderate, or severe kidney impairment (confirmed by a recent GFR test).
  • You have no history of heart problems like heart failure, irregular heartbeat, or heart attack.
  • You have no history of cancer in the past 5 years (except treated skin cancer or cervical precancer).
