Who can take part

  • You are 18 or older.
  • You have early-stage (stage I or II) non-small cell lung cancer.
  • You have interstitial lung disease (lung scarring) diagnosed by a pulmonologist, by imaging, or due to a connective tissue disease.
  • You are able to care for yourself (ECOG performance status 0-3).
  • You have not had radiation to the chest before.
  • You have not had a lung removed (pneumonectomy).
