Who can take part
- You have a type of lung cancer called non-small cell lung cancer that is stage III and considered bulky (the main tumor is larger than 5 cm).
- You have not had chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, or immunotherapy for this cancer before.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are in good general health (able to do your daily activities) and have adequate organ function.
- You do not have autoimmune disease, active hepatitis B or C, or HIV, and are not pregnant or breastfeeding.
- You have not had radiation to the chest in the past.
