Who can take part
- You must have a confirmed diagnosis of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
- Your cancer has spread to 5 or fewer spots outside the original tumor (not counting the main tumor or nearby lymph nodes).
- You are well enough to receive standard first treatment with chemo and/or immunotherapy.
- The cancer spots outside the chest must be reachable for a special type of focused radiation (SBRT).
- You have not had any prior systemic treatment (like chemo) or radiation for this lung cancer.
- You are 18 years or older and have a good performance status (able to do daily activities with little or no help).
