Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 75 years old
- You have thymic carcinoma (a type of thymus cancer) that has spread or cannot be removed with surgery
- Your cancer has gotten worse after at least one type of chemo that contains platinum
- You are willing to provide a sample of your tumor tissue for testing
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured and has not been treated with radiation
- You are generally well enough to do daily activities (ECOG 0 or 1)
