Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with thymic carcinoma that has spread (stage IV), is stage III and cannot be removed with surgery, or has come back after surgery.
  • You are 18 years or older and are able to take care of yourself (ECOG performance status 0 or 1).
  • You have already received at least one line of chemotherapy that included a platinum drug (like cisplatin or carboplatin).
  • You have not had certain other cancer drugs or treatments within the last 4 weeks, and no strong CYP3A4 inducers/inhibitors.
  • Your blood counts, liver, and kidney functions are within required limits, and your oxygen level is 92% or higher.
  • You do not have uncontrolled brain metastases, severe heart problems, active infections, or a history of interstitial lung disease.
