Who can take part
- You have been diagnosed with small bowel (intestinal) adenocarcinoma, confirmed by a biopsy.
- Your cancer is either locally advanced and can't be removed completely, has spread to distant organs (stage IV), or has come back after surgery.
- You have already tried a platinum-based chemotherapy (like FOLFOX or CapeOX) for this cancer and it either didn't help, the cancer progressed, or the side effects were too much.
- You are 18 years or older and have a good performance status (ECOG 0 or 1), meaning you can carry on with daily activities.
- You do not have active brain or spinal cord metastases, or any symptomatic fluid buildup in the chest or belly that requires drainage.
- You have not been treated before with a drug targeting TROP2 or an anti-topoisomerase I antibody-drug conjugate.
