Who can take part
- You must have been diagnosed with small bowel adenocarcinoma that is advanced, has spread, or has come back after surgery.
- At least 18 years old and have a good performance status (able to care for yourself).
- You have already been treated with a platinum-based chemotherapy (like FOLFOX or CapeOX) and it stopped working or caused bad side effects.
- No active cancer spread to the brain or fluid buildup around the heart, lungs, or belly that needs draining.
- You must provide a tumor sample (from a previous biopsy or agree to a new one) for testing.
- No prior treatment with a TROP2-targeting drug or a similar antibody-drug conjugate.
