  • You are 60 years or older
  • You have both atrial fibrillation (AF) and a type of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF)
  • You are stable enough to begin an exercise program
  • You are not already exercising regularly or in a supervised exercise program
  • You do not have certain serious health conditions (like recent stroke, uncontrolled high blood pressure, or active cancer treatment)
