Who can take part
- You are between 18 and 85 years old.
- You have been diagnosed with pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (the most common type of pancreatic cancer).
- Your tumor is borderline resectable (can possibly be removed with more treatment) or locally advanced (spread near the pancreas but not to distant organs).
- You are able to start chemotherapy within 4 weeks of your screening visit.
- You have at least one tumor that can be measured on a CT or MRI scan.
- You are in good enough health to carry out daily activities (ECOG score 0 or 1).
- You are not pregnant or breastfeeding and agree to use effective birth control during the study.
