Who can take part
- You have relapsing MS (RMS) or secondary progressive MS without recent relapses (nrSPMS).
- For RMS: you are 18–55 years old, can walk without needing a wheelchair, and had at least one relapse in the last year or two active spots on a brain MRI in the last year.
- For nrSPMS: you are 18–60, have had MS for a while, disability has gotten worse in the last year, you haven't had any relapses in the last 2 years, and you can walk with or without a cane.
- You cannot have primary progressive MS.
- You must not have a history of blood clots, stroke, or heart attack, and cannot be taking blood thinners.
- You must not have a weak immune system (low antibody levels) or a recent fever.
