  • You were born with a heart condition called Tetralogy of Fallot (TOF).
  • You had surgery to fix this heart problem.
  • You are in Class II or III based on the New York Heart Association (NYHA) scale, meaning you have mild to moderate symptoms like tiredness or shortness of breath during activity.
  • Your heart's pumping ability (ejection fraction) is above 40%.
  • You are medically stable and can participate in exercise.
