  • You are between 18 and 70 years old.
  • You can speak and understand Swedish.
  • You are able to ride an exercise bike.
  • You do not have a current cold, fever, or infection in the last 5 days.
  • You have no more than mild asthma or other lung problems.
  • You do not have serious heart disease (except mild valve issues or high blood pressure).
