Who can take part
- You have primary open-angle glaucoma (a common type of glaucoma).
- Your blood pressure is elevated (systolic at least 120 mmHg or diastolic at least 70 mmHg), even if you take medication for it.
- You are at least 18 years old.
- Your glaucoma medications or care have not changed in the past month.
- You can speak and understand Dutch.
- You are able to perform four types of exercise sessions, including wall squats.
