Who can take part
- You have stage 3 or 4 nasopharyngeal cancer (by AJCC 8th edition).
- You have not had any previous cancer treatment like radiation, chemo, or surgery.
- You are between 18 and 75 years old.
- You are in good general health (Karnofsky score 80 or higher) and have healthy mouth tissue before treatment.
- Your blood counts and kidney/liver function are within certain ranges.
