Who can take part

  • You are between 18 and 80 years old.
  • You have newly diagnosed nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread to other parts of the body (metastatic), with no more than 10 spots of spread.
  • You are not able to receive standard platinum-based chemotherapy, or you have decided not to after discussing it with your doctor.
  • Your cancer cells have a protein called PD-L1 (a marker that helps the immunotherapy work), with a CPS score of 1 or higher.
  • You are physically able to perform daily activities (ECOG performance status 0-2).
  • You have adequate organ function, such as healthy bone marrow, liver, and kidneys, and your heart pumps normally (LVEF of 45% or more).
