Who can take part
- Be a woman between 18 and 50 years old
- Have at least one child aged 6 to 17 with ADHD (diagnosed by a doctor)
- Have been diagnosed with fibromyalgia (a condition that causes widespread pain and fatigue)
- Be able to read and write
- Not be taking any regular medication for fibromyalgia
