Who can take part
- Be 18 or older
- Have extensive-stage small cell lung cancer confirmed by biopsy
- Be able to do usual daily activities to a limited degree (ECOG 0–3)
- Have tumors in bone or other internal organs/lungs seen on scans within the last 90 days
- Be able to take lurbinectedin (either already on it or your doctor thinks it fits after prior treatment)
- Have blood test levels that are safe (enough white blood cells, platelets, and hemoglobin)
