Who can take part

  • You must have small cell lung cancer that has come back after one round of chemotherapy (etoposide plus platinum, possibly with immunotherapy).
  • It should have been at least 30 days since your last chemotherapy before the cancer progressed.
  • You need to be at least 18 years old and in generally good health (able to care for yourself, up and about more than half of waking hours).
  • You must have at least one tumor that can be measured on scans.
  • You cannot have had certain prior treatments like lurbinectedin, trabectedin, irinotecan, or topotecan.
