Who can take part

  • You are between 16 and 70 years old.
  • You have had lupus for at least 6 months, diagnosed by standard criteria.
  • You have tried at least 2 standard lupus treatments that did not work well enough.
  • You have active lupus symptoms (score of 7 or higher on a lupus activity scale).
  • You do not have a history of CAR-T therapy, organ transplant, or serious infection.
