Who can take part

  • You have been diagnosed with cerebral small vessel disease or diabetes.
  • You can read and understand Portuguese.
  • You don't have any metal implants or devices that prevent an MRI.
  • You are not taking nitrate medications like nitroglycerin or Viagra.
  • You are not a current smoker and have no history of alcohol or drug abuse.
  • You have not had a stroke in the last 6 months.
